BIG TEST 2

Cereal and a Keto diet? Yea I know the two don't sound right together let alone in the same sentence but this easy recipe turned out great. While at Costco (over several weeks) I kept passing by these three items over and over again until one day I decided look them over. Wow the Fiber is so damn high the the net carbs are almost non existent. I wondered if I could create a low-carb friendly cereal with these babies.

Sometimes eggs and meat can get tiresome so this is a great alternative. Did I mention it's great for the colon too.

As it turns out you can make a very low carb cereal with these products. The digestive blend is where all the flavor comes from so don't leave this one out. You can also add other things to the blend to increase taste. Maybe a little cinnamon or a pumpkin spice. If you want to increase the carbs naturally add some berries.

Anyhow do the following.... choose a large container or use a one gallon baggy. Combine equals parts. What did I do. I tossed in 1 1/2 cups of each product to a container and shook to combine.

The recipe from here is simple. Follow this ratio....... 1 to 2. I used 1/2 cup of the cereal blend to 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk (your choice here). Simmer on stove for a few minutes and you're done. Add your favorite sugar replacement and enjoy.

Note: substitute some heavy cream and add some butter. Amazing!!!!
